Our approach
Know where the work stands, what remains uncertain and which decisions need your attention. Below: three rules, then the five steps of an assignment.
Independent
We represent you in the assignment and don’t act for the yard, the supplier or the contractor. Recommendations are shaped by your goals and your budget.
Practical
Recommendations are written to work in real maritime operations: in the yard, in the marina and at sea. The plan you receive is one the people on site can carry out.
Coordinated
We bring designers, yards, surveyors, authorities, suppliers and operators into one managed process. You have one point of contact and one current picture of who is doing what, and when.
How an assignment works.
The decision in front of you
Tell us about the yacht you are considering, the yard quotation or the issue at your facility. You do not need every document to begin. We can assess the available information and identify what is missing.
Who will follow each task
We agree our work alongside your existing team’s responsibilities and establish which approvals remain with you. Fees, timing and how progress will be shared are discussed at this stage.
When something new arises
A task outside the original list or a specialist finding may raise new questions. We separate it from the initial scope and explain why it has arisen, its effect on the plan and the decision required.
What remains at the end
Completed work is reviewed separately from open items. We discuss the agreed information and documents, then establish who will follow each matter in the next stage.
An explanation you can act on
We explain how a survey finding affects the purchase discussion, or how extra work affects the yard plan. If specialist advice or further checks are still needed before a decision, we identify them.
