When port, customs, services and supplies run separately, the plan slips.

When a yacht arrives in port or goes into the yard, the marina, agent, service companies and suppliers need to work to one schedule. We run agency, port, customs and supply work for you from start to finish; NAUTICARES is your single point of contact.

Authority note

Declarations and signatures that require a licence go through an authorised agency or customs broker in our network; NAUTICARES runs the process from start to finish.

Preparations depend on each other

When the technician arrives, the yacht needs to be alongside, the engine room accessible and the part cleared through customs. When plans change, everyone needs the same up-to-date information.

Everyone knows who is arranging what

We review the plan with you and agree the local needs, timing and information required from each party. We coordinate with providers and report changes or unresolved questions that need your decision. Bunkering, supplies, logistics and crew arrangements are handled as part of the same plan.

Which port, and when

On Türkiye’s Aegean and Mediterranean coasts we take on agency work directly. For other ports and for work in Greece, share the location and dates and we will set up what is needed.

Agency and customs, one contact

We handle the paperwork, applications, port correspondence and schedule, so you do not need to find an agent or customs broker yourself. Declarations and signatures that require a licence go through authorised agencies in our network.

Our agency network

Agencies working under NAUTICARES coordination on Türkiye’s Aegean and Mediterranean coasts. We decide which one takes each job, by port and schedule.

Questions

Are you directly available in every location?

On Türkiye’s Aegean and Mediterranean coasts, yes. We work with more than one agency and customs broker, so if one is unavailable on the day another takes the job and your schedule does not depend on a single person. For other ports in Türkiye, share the location and dates and we will make the arrangements.

How are customs and port formalities handled?

The paperwork, applications and schedule stay with us from start to finish, and NAUTICARES is your single point of contact. Declarations and signatures that require a licence go through an authorised agency or customs broker in our network; you do not need to arrange this yourself.
