Privacy notice

The enquiry form contains your name, email address, area of support and message. You share these details so we can understand the enquiry and contact you. A brief description and location are enough for the first message; leave out personal or sensitive information that is unnecessary.

The form uses your details in the browser to prepare an email or WhatsApp message. The form does not send these details to the website server. Sending the message in the application delivers it to NAUTICARES through your selected channel.

The website does not maintain a permanent enquiry database. A message you send is held in the recipient’s email or WhatsApp system. Those communication services may keep their own processing records.

Telephone, email and WhatsApp links open the relevant application or external service. Those services have their own privacy terms.

The Google Maps map loads only when you choose to show it. Opening the map may share connection information, including your IP address, with Google.

When you access the site, the hosting service may keep connection logs for page delivery and technical operation. These may include technical data such as IP address, requested page, access time and browser information. The site does not use advertising or visitor analytics cookies.

Turkish and English pages use separate addresses. The language selection does not create a preference cookie or session storage entry in your browser.

When you open the home address, the country of your connection and your browser’s language setting decide which page opens: the Turkish page if you connect from Türkiye or your browser is set to Turkish, otherwise the English page. Nothing is recorded for this choice.
