Owners, masters, crew and yard staff don’t need the same course.

Start with the situations your team meets at work. For yacht owners, masters, crew, marina and shipyard staff and organisations new to the sector, we plan topics, examples and practice around each participant’s role.

Training starts from the work your team does.

What you receive

  • Content for the agreed topic and participant group
  • Explanations and examples connected to daily tasks

Authority note

Training that leads to a formal certificate of competency is delivered by authorised training institutions. This programme does not in itself confer a formal qualification.

Different teams need different explanations

A yacht crew and a facility team have different responsibilities. Within either group, a topic may be new to some participants and familiar to others. The audience and intended learning need to be clear from the start.

Use the questions that arise at work

We discuss participants’ roles and existing knowledge with you. Content is built around the questions they encounter, with examples, practical elements and links to current procedures agreed when defining the training.

Training topics

Topics are combined to suit the team, from safety and emergency preparedness to onboard checklists, maintenance awareness and regulatory knowledge. We also prepare short briefings for owners and managers.

Agree the requirement and format

Topics, participant groups, format and materials are agreed for each assignment. Training that leads to a formal certificate of competency is delivered by authorised training institutions; if you need one, we address it at the first meeting.

Do you offer a fixed course catalogue?

We define the content around the team’s work and needs. Start by sharing the topic you are interested in and the participants’ roles.

Do you train marina or shipyard staff?

Yes. We prepare topics such as safety and emergency procedures, maintenance awareness and facility-specific working practices around each person’s role. These sessions do not replace the occupational health and safety training required by law.

Does training lead to a formal certificate?

Tailored training does not in itself confer a formal qualification; such certificates are issued by authorised training institutions. Any accreditation or certification requirement is assessed separately at the outset.
